Announcements for August 24th to 30th

New and Revised

• New Ministry Series meeting at 11:30 AM beginning 8/24/25

  Starting this Lord's Day, there will be a Ministry meeting in English in the Main Hall starting at 11:30 a.m. This time is for all saints regardless of spiritual maturity, and all saints are welcome to invite their gospel contacts as well, again regardless of age. The saints are encouraged not only to enjoy the speaking, but also to actively participate by praying for the speaking ones, and shepherding any new ones you meet.

  
  

• Repeat week 2 of the current HWMR

  In preparation for the Labor Day conference next weekend, this week we will be re-enjoying Week 2 from the latest HWMR: Chapters 5 through 8 of Romans—the Kernel of the Bible.

• New Holy Word for Morning Revival starting Monday, September 1st

  A week from now we will be starting a new HWMR from the Memorial Day conference: The Preparation of the Bride

• No table meetings in Berkeley next Lord's Day, but Yes Ministry Series (8/31/25)

  • All saints are encouraged to attend the Lord's Table meeting at the Labor Day conference in Burlingame next Lord's Day, starting at 9:30 a.m. (but arrive early, since parking will be limited). See information sheet below for more details.

  • There WILL still be a Ministry Series meeting in Berkeley starting at 11:30 a.m. next Lord's Day, in case you have any new ones who still want to come.

• Need for burdened ones for snacks during the break in the Main Hall

  With the beginning of the new Ministry Series meetings, we feel the Chinese and English speaking meetings should have their own snack and beverage arrangements, English-speaking meeting snacks to be in the Main Hall.

• Need for serving ones at the Blending Picnic (Saturday, Aug. 30th 1PM)

  There is still a need for serving ones to help distribute food at the blending picnic during the Labor Day conference.
