Prayer Burdens, Tuesday, September 29, 2020

I. Christians on Campus - UC Berkeley

Pray that the Lord will continue to bless and strengthen the students' living of the gospel, and especially that many will come to the campus Bible studies and worship and ministry series in a regular way.


Worship and Ministry Series - Gospel Meeting (11:30 - 12pm)

Pray that the Lord will use this time to bring many seeking ones and contacts into regular contact with the ministry and the practical church life.


II. ITERO (Oct 2-4)

This weekend will be Zoom-based training for elders and responsible ones from around the world. Please pray for the brothers' entrance into the ministry and especially for the meeting and study times to be full of profit for the blending of the churches and His Body.


III. Prayer for GTCA

Pray that the Lord would stir in the saints and lead at least 300 to 10 GTCA cities to strengthen the Lord’s testimony in Middle America.

Labor on the University of Minnesota (Minneapolis)

For the upcoming GTCA burden, the church in Berkeley would like to focus on Minneapolis, MN for our prayer, giving and going. 


Please pray for more open homes to receive college students, especially close to the UM campus. We hope several of the newly migrating families would be able to pick up this burden. We need more homes for our new ones. 

Pray that the new full-timers would continue to be blent with the local saints to labor together to corporately bring in fruit. Pray that the full-timers would be bountifully supplied for the labor. 

Our goal is to have 100 new contacts this semester (the pandemic makes this difficult). We currently have 48 new contacts. Also pray that we would regularly have 25 students attending our Wednesday night college student's meeting. We have 12-15 attending now.

Next Tuesday, October 6, will be a special fellowship with the church in Berkeley from 7:30 - 9pm.
